Dad's Research Leads to Surprise Turn

We are making a change in direction, something that came as a surprise, on right on the eve(ning) of mailing back Dr Amy's (not an MD-!) kit.
The following is an email of questions Dad sent to Carol Fisch here.  Her box has been full; she may be out of town.  Her mother is dying.
"Trying to understand the biotoxin pathway chapter in Ritchie Shoemaker's book, Mold Warriors, and relater it to Amy Yasko's nutrigenomic test.  When I read Shoemaker I feel like his description of immune system failure/over-production of cytokines, etc. is probably what Nancy is suffering from.
I imagine her b eing repeatedly poisoned b y Borellia/co-infection/environmental toxins (like mold toxins) ((and like Beth, David, any chronic problems)) that her immune system can't handle.  If that is the "real" problem, then nutrigenomic support is only peripherally important.
I'm thinking that knowing her HLA DR genotype and measuring her C3a, methylation cycle would not "fix" genetic deficiencies in the immune system genotype, and would be a waste of time and money.  Is my reasoning sound?"

We haven't heard from Carol yet.
Additionally, Dad wrote, "Nancy has only got so much tolerance for on going inconvenience (stress of implementing a complex supplement protocol), and no tolerance for increased pain.  Everything we try now has to be outright helpful, or absolutely important to test for."

We've been reading Shoemaker's CSM (cholestyramine) protocol.  We read a new book on top 10 doctors/treatment (Rosner) which profiles, among others, Dr Steven Boch.  It described perfectly all my needs, experience, gene problem possibilities....I asked Bill to call there.  He's in Hyde Park.  He called and we got on a list, with the message that they receive hundreds of calls a day.  So...not much hope there???  OH!!!  We just received a call from Theresa there....PRAY!!  More later...
